While anxiety provoking, these times also bring many new opportunities.  How can we as real estate professionals respond effectively and lead proactively during financially challenging times?  And what skills and knowledge do we need?

As part of its Professional Development Institute (PDI), MIT’s Center for Real Estate will offer a series of courses on real estate finance, including: real estate finance fundamentals, strategies for accessing capital, fundamentals of loan workouts, fundamentals of asset and portfolio management, and advanced real estate finance. Courses will be held in June and July on the MIT campus, Cambridge, MA.

• learn best practices for asset management in an up/down and in-between economy

• the skill set and tools needed to assess and develop a real estate project’s capital structure
